The Tusa Paragon (M1007SQB) is a precision instrument engineered for technical divers and underwater photographers. The core of its durability lies in the TRI-MIX Frame—a layered construction utilizing a polyurethane bumper for impact resistance, a structural metal cross-beam for rigidity, and a polycarbonate frame to secure the assembly. This eliminates the frame flex common in plastic-only masks, ensuring a consistent seal at depth.

Optical Performance & AR/UV420 Technology

Optical clarity is the Paragon's primary directive. It features CrystalView Optical Glass treated with a proprietary AR/UV420 coating. This dual-purpose treatment performs two critical functions:

• UV420 Protection: Filters high-energy visible (HEV) light, protecting the ocular retina from oxidative stress during long deco stops or surface intervals.
• Anti-Reflective (AR): Reduces internal and external reflections to 5% or less, significantly increasing contrast and color saturation in low-light environments.

Freedom Technology & Anatomical Fit

To prevent mask squeeze and fatigue, the Paragon utilizes Freedom Technology. This involves a dimpled skirt surface that reduces friction, varied silicone thicknesses to provide structural support where needed, and a patented low-friction surface on the fitting line.
