All in-stock orders guaranteed to ship within one business day of receiving your order except for regulators and Buoyancy Compensation Devices (BCDs) since we bench test all regulators and BCDs prior to shipping. Most orders received before 2:00 pm will go out the same business day!*
Please understand that we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service, if you need it by a specific date please use UPS as they are much more predictable. Also, the Houston area USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays in the last few weeks, if you need it by a certain time please choose UPS. No refunds will be given for late shipments if USPS was the chosen carrier or if you chose free shipping and the item in question makes the extra charge for UPS unreasonable for us, such as close out and clearance items**
We do not refund shipping costs if the delay is caused by the carrier. Any returns due to carrier delay will be charged return shipping.
All Clearance and discounted items returned will be charged return shipping. There are no shipping refunds on clearance and discounted items.
Shipping to Freight Forwarders
When using a freight forwarder, our responsibility for the package ends once the item is received by the freight forwarder.
Overseas Shipments
When Shipping overseas, our responsibilities end once the item gets to your customs office, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged packages after your package arrives to your shipped country.
* Guaranteed one business day processing is Monday though Friday excluding holidays, and if the store is closed for reasons beyond our control (disasters, weather, etc.). Allow 2 business days for all regulators and BCDs to allow one day for bench testing prior to shipping.
