Technical Engineering & Sustainable Materials
The core of the Xscape is its Yulex® composite construction. This 85% natural rubber and 15% polymer foam blend provides a "cloud-like" softness against the skin while maintaining the compression resistance required for scuba diving. Unlike standard suits that use solvent-based adhesives, the Xscape is assembled using Aqua-α™, a solvent-free, water-based glue that eliminates volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
The exterior and interior linings utilize XFlex™ polyester, a 4-way super-stretch fabric woven from recycled plastic bottles. This tight-weave finish is highly abrasion-resistant, ensuring the suit stands up to the rigors of BCD friction and boat decks.
Thermal Management & Specialized Features
To extend your bottom time in temperate waters (20°C–28°C), the Xscape features a ThermoShield™ chest panel. This internal fleece layer traps a thin layer of water against the core and provides rapid-drying capabilities between dives. All internal seam intersections are reinforced with heat-set tape to prevent bursting and ensure long-term structural integrity.
